Dobesil H Cream is a topical treatment for hemorrhoids, anal fissures, and skin irritation. It combines anti-inflammatory, astringent, numbing, and vein-strengthening properties to relieve pain, itching, and discomfort while promoting healing. Easy to apply, it targets sensitive areas effectively. Key ingredients include Calcium Dobesilate (0.5%) for improved circulation, Zinc Oxide (5%) for skin protection and healing, Hydrocortisone (0.25%) to reduce inflammation and itching, and Lidocaine (3%) for pain relief.
Hemorrhoid Relief Creams
Suggested Use
Dobesil H Cream is indicated for the following conditions:
- Relief of symptoms associated with haemorrhoids, such as itching, burning, and pain.
- Treatment of anal fissures and other anorectal inflammatory conditions.
- Minor skin irritations and inflammation in sensitive areas.
Adults: Apply a thin layer of Dobesil H Cream to the affected area up to 2-3 times a day or as directed by a healthcare provider. For internal haemorrhoids, an applicator may be used. Ensure hands are washed before and after application, especially if the cream is applied internally.
Warning
- Do not use if allergic to any active ingredients in the formulation.
- Excessive or long-term use can cause skin thinning and increase the risk of systemic corticosteroid side effects.
- Avoid contact with eyes, nose, or mouth. For external use only.
- Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Use with caution and only under medical supervision.
- If symptoms persist, worsen, or if new symptoms occur, consult a healthcare provider.
- Side effects: Rare but may include local irritation, itching, or redness at the application site. If severe reactions occur, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
