Indications/Uses: Hypertension 12.5-50mg od. angina 12.5-25mg od. adjunct in chronic heart failure 3.125-25mg bd.
Interactions: Rifampicin, barbiturates, salicylates may reduced its effect. cimetidine increases effects.
Side Effects: Postural hypotension. dizziness. gastro-intestinal disturbances. fatigue. dry mouth and eyes. peripheral oedema. impotence. hyperglycaemia. chest pain.
