Precautions: Intestinal obstruction. epilepsy. first trimester of pregnancy. phaeochromocytoma.
Indications/Uses: Nausea and vomiting such as in cancer or after surgery but not for travel sickness. dyspepsia. flatulence. 10 mg upto four times daily.
Interactions: Phenothiazines, anticholinergics.
Side Effects: Dystonia. dyskinesia. drowsiness. fatigue. insomnia. dizziness. diarhhoea.
