Warning
Verorab should not be administered intravascularly. If you are allergic to polymyxin, streptomycin, neomycin, or any antibiotic in the same group, use Verorab with caution. It is recommended to perform a serological test 2 to 4 weeks after vaccination in individuals with known decreased immunity due to suppressive diseases or concomitant immunosuppressive treatment. Caution should also be exercised when administering Verorab to individuals with decreased platelet levels (thrombocytopenia) or clotting disorders, as there is a risk of bleeding during intramuscular administration. The use of corticosteroids and immunosuppressive treatments may interfere with antibody production and result in vaccination failure. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is advisable to consult your healthcare provider before receiving the Verorab vaccine. For more detailed information, please consult a healthcare provider and follow the official guidelines for the use of Verorab.
