Indications/Uses: Infections of the respiratory and urinary tracts, skin and otitis media due to sensitive organisms; 0.5-1g bd, with or without food.
Interactions: Alcohol; may cause disulfiram-like effects
Side Effects: Colitis. nausea. vomiting. urticaria. fever. gastro-intestinal upset. skin rash. bronchospasm. hypotension. erythema multiforme. fever. arthralgia. anaphylaxis.
