Precautions: Hypersensitivity to quinolones. children under 18 yrs. pregnancy and lactation.
Indications/Uses: Ent, uti, rti, git, gonorrhoea, skin and soft tissue, bone and joint infections due to susceptible bacterial; 250-500 od or bd.
Interactions: Antacids reduce absorption. inhibits theophylline metabolism.
Side Effects: Asthenia. tremor. nausea. vomiting. dyspepsia. diarrhoea. rash. dizziness. confusion. blurred vision.
