Interactions: Digoxin (increased toxicity) ciclosporin (nephrotoxicity). corticosteroids (hypokalaemia).

Side Effects: Nausea. anorexia. epigastric pain. vomiting. fever. muscle and joints pains. anaemia. hypokalaemia. hypomagnesia. renal toxicity.
