Indications/Uses: Antiestrogen used in breast cancer 20-40mg daily, after food. infertility in females 10mg bd from 2nd to 5th day of cycle.
Interactions: May potentiate effect of allopurinol, cyclosporine and warfarin.
Side Effects: Hot flushes. vaginal bleeding. gastro-intestinal upset. fluid retention. visual disturbance. hypercalcaemia. retinopathy. thromboembolitic disorders.
