Ideos is a chewable tablet containing calcium and vitamin D. Each Ideos tablet contains 500mg calcium and 400iu vitamin D3. Ideos can be used to treat Vitamin D or calcium deficiency, or in conditions such as osteoporosis where there is a risk of deficiency of vitamin D or calcium.
