Exforge HCT is indicated for:
- Treatment of hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled on a dual combination of any two of the active components: amlodipine, valsartan, or hydrochlorothiazide.
- Reducing the risk of heart complications and improving heart health by managing high blood pressure effectively.
Dosage may be adjusted by a healthcare provider based on blood pressure response and tolerability. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.
Warning
- Avoid use if allergic to any of the active ingredients (amlodipine, valsartan, or hydrochlorothiazide) or similar medications.
- Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
- Use with caution in patients with severe kidney or liver disease, as this medication may need adjustment or monitoring.

- Common: Dizziness, fatigue, headache, low blood pressure, increased urination.
