Duoskin Cream helps with the early or short-term treatment of superficial fungal skin infections that have strong inflammation or eczema. It is especially good for infections on the hands, in between the toes, and in the groin and genital areas. Active substances: 10mg Isoconazole Nitrate and 1mg Diflucortolone Valerate per gram of cream.
Anti-Fungals
Suggested Use
Duoskin Cream is used for:
- Fungal infections of the skin, such as those caused by dermatophytes, yeasts, or molds.
- Inflammatory skin conditions accompanied by fungal infections, including seborrheic dermatitis, intertrigo, and eczema.
- Relieving redness, swelling, itching, and discomfort associated with fungal infections.
Dosage:
- Application: Apply Duoskin Cream twice daily to the affected areas.
- Duration: Treatment should be continued until the inflammatory or eczematous symptoms improve, but not longer than 2 weeks. For complete eradication of the fungal infection, continue the antifungal treatment as directed by a healthcare professional.
- Special Instructions: For treating interdigital spaces, it is often recommended to apply a gauze compress coated with Duoskin Cream between the fingers or toes.
Warning
- Do not use Duoskin Cream if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. Avoid contact with eyes, wounds, or mucous membranes.
- Prolonged use or extensive application over large body areas may increase the risk of systemic side effects. Not suitable for the treatment of perioral dermatitis, rosacea, or viral infections.
- Use with caution in children under 2 years of age and during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare professional before use in these cases.
