Daktacort Cream combines an antifungal and anti-inflammatory to treat inflamed fungal skin infections.This dual-action formula helps relieve itching, redness, and irritation while effectively fighting fungal infections. Active Substances: Miconazole Nitrate (2%) and Hydrocortisone (1%)

Suggested Use
Daktacort Cream is indicated for the treatment of:
- Fungal infections of the skin, such as athlete’s foot, ringworm, and fungal intertrigo.
- Skin conditions with inflammation and irritation caused by fungi or yeast (e.g., candida infections).
- Symptomatic relief from redness, swelling, and itching associated with fungal infections.
Dosage and Administration:
Application:
- Wash and dry the affected area thoroughly before applying the cream.
- Apply a thin layer of Daktacort Cream to the affected area, gently rubbing it in.
- Use twice daily (morning and evening) or as directed by a healthcare professional.
- Treatment typically continues for up to 7 days. If symptoms persist beyond this period, consult a doctor.
Note: Avoid prolonged use over large surface areas or on sensitive areas like the face unless advised by a healthcare provider.
Warning
- Do Not Use If: You are allergic to miconazole nitrate, hydrocortisone, or any other ingredients in the cream.
- Do Not Use If: You have viral (e.g., herpes simplex), bacterial, or tubercular skin infections.
- Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.
- Do not apply to broken or oozing skin.
- Use with caution in children or on large areas for extended periods to avoid systemic absorption of hydrocortisone.
- Consult your doctor before using this cream if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Side Effects: Rarely, it may cause local irritation, burning, redness, or an allergic skin reaction. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if these occur.
