They contain Amoxicillin (875 mg), a penicillin that disrupts bacterial cell walls, and Clavulanic Acid (125 mg), which prevents bacteria from inactivating amoxicillin, enhancing its effectiveness.

Dafraclav 1000mg is prescribed for the treatment of infections caused by susceptible bacteria, including:
- Upper and lower respiratory tract infections (e.g., sinusitis, bronchitis, and pneumonia)

- Bone and joint infections
- Dental infections
Adults and children over 12 years: Typically, one 1000 mg tablet every 12 hours. Take the tablet with food to minimize potential gastrointestinal discomfort.

Warning
- Do not use if you are allergic to amoxicillin, clavulanic acid, penicillin, or cephalosporins.
