Co-Losar Denk treats high blood pressure. It contains 50 mg of losartan potassium and 12.5 mg of hydrochlorothiazide. Losartan relaxes blood vessels, while hydrochlorothiazide helps reduce excess fluid and lower blood pressure.

Co-Losar Denk treats high blood pressure. It can also protect the kidneys in people with diabetes and lower the risk of stroke.
Typical maintenance dose is one 50 mg tablet of losartan potassium and 12.5 mg HCT once a day. If needed, the dose can be increased to 100 mg of losartan potassium and 25 mg HCT once a day. The maximum dose is 100 mg of losartan potassium and 25 mg HCT once a day.
Warning
- Do not use if you are pregnant, are planning to become pregnant or become pregnant.
- Do not take it with any medication containing aliskiren if you have kidney disease.
- Seek medical assistance if you experience unexplained muscle pain, tenderness, or weakness, especially if it is accompanied by fever and dark-coloured urine.
