Ciloxan Eye Drops helps fight bacterial eye infections, such as conjunctivitis. They contain an active ingredient called Ciprofloxacin, which belongs to a group of drugs known as fluoroquinolones. These eye drops work by eliminating the bacteria responsible for the infection, which in turn helps reduce symptoms like redness, swelling, and discharge.
