Bisoprolol 1.25mg Tablets are used to manage high blood pressure and certain heart conditions. They work by reducing the heart’s workload and improving blood flow. This helps lower blood pressure. Each tablet contains 1.25mg of Bisoprolol fumarate.

Bisoprolol fumarate 1.25mg tablets are used to treat hypertension, chronic stable angina, and chronic heart failure. They help reduce blood pressure, prevent chest pain, and are often part of a combination therapy for heart failure. These tablets are not recommended for use in children.
Warning
- Do not take it if you have severe asthma, blood circulation problems, certain heart conditions, or are allergic to bisoprolol.
- Consult your doctor if you have diabetes, thyroid disorders, kidney or liver problems, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Common side effects include fatigue, dizziness, headache, and feeling cold.
- Less common side effects include sleep disturbances, depression, and a slower heart rate.
- Rare side effects include severe allergic reactions, worsening of heart failure, and bronchospasm.
- Inform your doctor about all medications you are taking, as bisoprolol can interact with other drugs.
- Always follow your doctor’s instructions and do not adjust the dose without consulting them. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, but do not double the dose.
