Bimat Eye Drops is an ophthalmic solution formulated to treat elevated intraocular pressure. Each 3ml bottle provides an effective solution for managing conditions like glaucoma and ocular hypertension. The active ingredient, Bimatoprost 0.03% w/v, works to reduce pressure within the eye, helping to protect against vision loss.
Eye Drops
Suggested Use
Bimat Eye Drops are prescribed to reduce elevated eye pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. They can also be used to promote eyelash growth in individuals with insufficient eyelashes.
Dosage:
For glaucoma or ocular hypertension: Instill one drop into the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening.
For eyelash growth: Apply once nightly to the upper eyelid margin at the base of the eyelashes using the provided sterile applicators. Avoid applying to the lower eyelid.
Warning
- Do not use Bimat Eye Drops if you are allergic to bimatoprost or any of its ingredients.
- Remove contact lenses before using the eye drops and wait for 15 minutes before putting them back in.
- If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before using Bimat Eye Drops.
- Avoid driving or operating machinery if your vision is blurred after using the eye drops.
- Store the eye drops below 25°C and keep them away from children.
- Always follow your healthcare provider’s instructions and seek medical help if you experience severe side effects or allergic reactions.
