Besdiz Tablets are used to treat vertigo, tinnitus, and hearing loss related to Ménière’s disease. For adults, the typical dose is 8-16 mg three times a day. It’s best to take Besdiz Tablets with food or after meals to reduce the chance of stomach problems.
Warning
- Patients with hypersensitivity to Betahistine or its components should not use Besdiz Tablets.
- Caution should be exercised when giving Betahistine to patients with a history of peptic ulcer disease, as it may increase gastric acid secretion.
- Patients with bronchial asthma should be closely monitored due to the risk of bronchoconstriction.
