Arlin 600 IV Injection is prescribed for treating various infections caused by susceptible strains of certain microorganisms. These include nosocomial pneumonia, community-acquired pneumonia, complicated skin and skin structure infections (including diabetic foot infections without concomitant osteomyelitis), uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections, and Vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium infections (including cases with concurrent bacteremia).

Warning
Do not use Arlin 600 IV Injection if allergic to linezolid or any components. Monitor blood counts weekly, especially if on treatment for over 2 weeks, have myelosuppression, or take medications affecting bone marrow. Avoid using with serotonergic agents like SSRIs, SNRIs, or tricyclic antidepressants. Prolonged use can cause peripheral and optic neuropathy. Seek medical attention for recurrent nausea, vomiting, acidosis, or low bicarbonate levels. Risk of superinfection, including C. difficile-associated diarrhea. Use only if benefits outweigh risks for fetus or child. Safety and effectiveness not confirmed in children under 12. Use with caution in severe kidney or liver problems.
