Avoid using Fondaparinux Sodium if you have a known allergy to it. Also, if you have severe kidney problems or a creatinine clearance of less than 30 ml/min, it is not recommended. Patients weighing less than 50kg may have a higher risk of bleeding. Be aware that there is an increased risk of developing a spinal or epidural hematoma, which can lead to long-term paralysis.
