Patients who have severe kidney disease, a history of liver problems or jaundice while taking this medicine previously, or an allergy to any penicillin or cephalosporin antibiotic should not use AmoxiClav-Denk 500/62.5. It is recommended to administer this medication with caution to patients with severe allergies or asthma. Furthermore, the likelihood of a cross-allergy with other antibiotics, including cephalosporins, should be considered. This medication is not suitable for dialysis patients and individuals with a creatinine clearance of less than 30 ml/min2.
